He got this buck on Christmas Eve with a 200 yard shot from a .250 savage and a 100 grain bullet.  This buck scored about 90 inches. Brandon thought it was bigger, but apparently this buck has an abnormally small head. And he also shot a different deer than he had intended too.  He saw that bigger buck again while packing this buck out, only 300 yards from where he shot it.

Brandon says the rut was on big time! Both of the Leister bucks were shot in their beds after they glassed them up and watched them bed.  Their good friend Dean Rovey helped with the glassing and packing of both deer.
