Vowell, when did you last deal with Leica Service? The reason I ask is they have made a concerted effort to improve in that area and I have dealt with them twice in the the last two years and would rate their service as excellent.

Does anyone make a stay on overcase(neoprene) for High Landers.

95mm BTX. w/swaro overcases both pieces, heavy Manfrotto/Zeiss tripod and head. Boxes and paperwork for the BTX. $4800 shipped. This unit was taken in trade by an Aoudad outfitter. The BTX is in like new condition. Unit is not in my possession, therefore I cannot provide pics. For serious buyers I can hook you up with the outfitter and he can text pics. Thanks for your consideration. The unit will be cross listed.

In my experience, if no USDA personnel are present, Border Patrol agents will still inspect capes. The degree of scrutiny varies considerably! As an aside, this year our deer had very few ticks.

280ai factory ammo recommendations
easttex replied to jdown's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
140 grain Accubonds in Nosler's Trophy grade ammo has been excellent. I almost never shoot factory ammo, but after trying that stuff I went out and bought four more boxes. -
This is a great deal. I have used this bino for seven years. I also have Swaro 12x50's, and I repeat this is a great deal on the Meopta's.

I have been going in and out of Mexico for 30 plus years. But I get cold chills thinking of the way things were routinely handled in the '80s. Things are always changing. Now days I would not consider going without someone who has current local knowledge and hopefully some real connections. It is pretty simple, what are you going to do when the wheels come off?
