it's funny people can say that about pictures ''that's not a 400 inch bull, that's not a 100 inch buck, that's not a 10lb. bass'' give me a break that thing is huge! if measured in 1965 wouldn't it have been the world record?

Actually, the Plute bull was taken in the late 1800's in Colorado and was the WR for almost a century. 442 typical I believe.

Thx, for posting the vintage photo. Looks like an eastern AZ bull to me. Love the old pickup and grinning kids.

Thats a great picture and an awesome bull. Score should not matter on a bull of that stature. I'm sure it wasn't a factor in 65, and I'm sure it wouldn't matter today. Know one would pass on that bull.


Any info on what unit? Thanks for sharing the pic!

My grandpa killed a bull that also scored 412 in 1959. I'll post pics soon. But no not a world record
