that is awesome. great pictures. I just went to San Diego from the Imperial Valley and was amazed how green our desert mountains are. lots of flowers also. I'm glad we have had rains this year coming around. thanks El Niño!

Ok! I added the info to my original post and I am glad you asked. I figured most people here wouldn't care, but I am glad you do :)

I assume you mean you want common names and don't want me to get all nerdy and post latin names too....

Thanks Amanda, that's perfect! This years flowers are amazing, I'm always wishing I knew the names. Common names are great! My Latin is a little rusty... ;)

Hey some of us are latin nerds too!! I don't know the common names for most forbs and grasses but maybe after following your posts I'll connect the two!!

Red Rabbit get out there and get some pics. Amanda I luv it I landscaped new homes for 33 years and had My own small nursery Where My Wife grew alot of native stuff from seed. I luv Hiking in Southrn AZ. in a wet year .See things You don't see to often .Thanks........BOB!
