For what it's worth, I hunt multiple units every January and it's been a continuous trend to see most of the breeding done in the border units during the last week of January and in units 31,32,and 33 I see more does bred during the first two weeks of January. On multiple occasions I've hunted in 33 during the last few days of January and have seen bucks Bachelored up, and then the next day hunted in a border unit and been in a full blown rut fest.
