Cards

If just pics i used to use 8g cards. Now they are so cheap i use 16g cards. If i am leaving a cam up for 6 months on video i use 32g cards. SanDisk and Kingston and have not had a problem with them.

AZLance,

I took a look at the Buckeye site. How does this work everything I see says 2 mile range. Do you put up a bunch of repeaters if you nee longer distance. I have used cell cam's in the past but as you know the problem is cell service. I would love to know more about how this works.

With buckeyes you set up your Cell Base up somewhere you have service, then you can set up to 254 buckeye cameras and repeaters off of that one cell base. Only the Cell base needs cell service. The 2 mile range is with standard antenna. I use some Omni, and Yagi antennas and have gotten up to 16 mile range. I know others who have gotten close to 30 mile range. Every camera can act as a repeater too. So if you daisy chain your cameras away from the cell base, the possibilities are unlimited!
