Do you have to squeeze both hoochies at the same time or do you alternate them?

My experience tells me that squeezing both hoochies at the same time is just asking for trouble.

I ended up at the 6A youth turkey camp and talked to a couple guys about elk. That camp is AMAZING. The guys that put that on do a great job and the kids have a blast.

While I was out there I worked my way out to 5BS and checked out a couple different areas. It seems like it could be some tough hunting...

I'm usually a get up high and glass kind of guy, so can anyone give me some pointers on what tactics to use during the early archery bull season?

Did we meet up and talk? I know one guy came up to me after my daughter's talk about her Kansas trip. I spent the whole weekend in 5BS with my daughter and one other kid. We saw elk, including bulls every trip out. I can point you in some directions if you want.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to to make it over to talk with you. That days meetings/raffles ended up longer than I'd hoped and we headed out as soon as it was all over so we could get on some birds that evening. I'll shoot you a PM so we can chat about 5BS.

Careful at night.... I've had 2 bulls get within 10 yards of me, out in the open, screaming.....and I couldn't see them! That will scare the geebees out of you!

That has happened to me twice. I'm not gonna let it happen again. Those dudes have a bad attitude that time of the year! I don't like fearing for my life if I can avoid it.
