GJMauro12 Report post Posted April 15, 2017 Went up last Sunday to try and find some sheds. I've never been an avid shed hunter but I try to make it up for a couple day trips every spring. I've never been very successful but I was expecting to find more this trip for the miles I put in, in areas where the roads are still closed. I ended up walking 13.5 miles according to my iPhone. Not sure I trust iPhones though but I was able to find my first match. I was just about to start heading back when I found the first side so I decided to stick around and try to find the other side. I circled around for quite awhile hoping to find the other side with no luck. I decided to go back to where the first one was and there was the other side in the bushes about 40 yards from the first. According to my iPhone I did a mile and a half from the time I found the first one and it was laying within 40 yards the whole time.
