HOT...HOT... Fishing

Is mercury consumption an issue there Brian?

The only warning is on catfish with eating a certain amount per week. All other fish are good to eat what you want.

Crappie and walleye are both pretty equal, but if you put crappie, walleye, and yellow perch on a plate I'll go for the perch.

Who ruined roosey?

I second they are relatively equal, especially in cold water. I couldn't choose one.

Also very curious who "they" is that ruined Roosevelt.

My favorite is yellow bass. Would eat those over any.

Nothing at all to worry about. Nothing like a striper. Love them. Just takes a lot of fish to make enough fillets.
