Went out with a great friend yesterday to try our hand at calling bears. Well it worked. I ended up arrowing this beautiful sow at 25 yards. Sorry for the sideways pic.
 
The acorns it this area we unbelievable, she was in remarkable condition. Fat as can be.

Internet forums are a great place to discuss your method of hunting, but not such a great place to criticize someone else's.

Nice! I just got my first bear not to sure if it's more of a rush than a big coues buck but I'm for sure going back for a second bear, Bow in hand. Congrats, by the way it taste great.

Thanks everyone. Hoghnter, her teeth were in great shape though shes missing a few incisors on the bottom.
