What if you are a game warden, wound an elk, give your buddy the tag and he finishes off the bull a day or two later?

I doubt that would be legal. If he killed the elk and tried to use your tag at all he is in deep doo. The tag came today and it is kind of cheesy. Big size and peel and stick plastic. A sharpie is the tool to sign it.

but that did happen. And he wasnt in deep doo doo. He was actually unpunished and the state of AZ paid him 100k after he sued them.
