Plumber Help

Does anyone know a good reasonable licensed plumber. I'm selling my home and the inspector says my sinks are not draining as quickly as they should and suggest I camera them as well. Looking to get an estimate of clearing and camera work. So is there any cwt members in the business or know someone. My location is Mesa Dr & the 60. Thanks! ☺

Now my professional advice. As a former plumber, I would say to clean out the pee traps and see if that helps. In your home I would resist running cameras unless the buyer insists. If those cameras show that you have root infiltration or restricted flow, now you are on the hook for some expensive repairs and even if the sale falls through you are required to disclose that to any future buyers. My advice, clean the p traps, snake the lines and see if that fixes the problem.

Cleaning out the P Traps is good advice. I have to do the one in our office sink about once every 6 months. It looks intimidating but only takes about 5 minutes. Last time I pulled out eight coffee stirrers.

Yup, a good cleaning is the first way to go. Dont kick a hornet nest.

Agreed clean the p traps. Run super hot water for awhile to clear out grease if that's what it might be. Who knows maybe you'll find that ring that your wife lost.

Tj call me if you can. I deal with lots of buyers annually and they will often try to leverage for a credit or beat you up on your price. Pump the brakes on running a camera.

 

Is this your inspector or a buyers inspector. If you have a BINsR list let me know o may be able to help out.

Often, a camera survey is inconclusive. If the buyer wants a camera survey, let him/her pay for it. It's a sellers market right now.
