  1. I will also trade for a youth or women's RH bow around 25inch draw length and 30-45 pounds
  2. I am looking to sell my 2012 Martin Threshold Compound bow for $125. This bow is right-handed adjustable from 60-70 pounds. I have the original manual and modules to adjust the draw length. This is an entry level bow and would be a good choice for somebody looking to get into the sport or back into the sport who doesn't want to invest in an expensive set up. This bow would also be good for somebody wanting to get a teenager into archery for a low cost. I have taken javelina and small game with this bow, so it is very suitable for hunting. It is also a fun target bow and is easy to draw. I am selling this bow because I recently upgraded, but had no complaints for the bow for its price. The bow comes with the original sight and arrow rest. Located in Tucson, but I will be in Phoenix in mid-May. PM me if interested.
  3. A friend and I got out for the desert waterfowl opener on Friday morning and hit some tanks we had been scouting. The first tank produced a pair of teals for my friend, a single teal and mallard at the second, and after a prolonged stalk and approach to the third tank I was able to take another hen mallard and a pail of blue winged teals, while my friend got a hen and drake mallard and another pair of blue winged teal. We ended the morning with 11 ducks between us, He got his limit and I got four. I decided to go back out on Saturday morning and got my first ever pair of green wing teals and another blue winged teal. I really enjoy waterfowl hunting and will probably get out again this Monday.
  4. I got my first Antelope Jackrabbit of the Fall this morning. It took about 15 minutes to get a shot at about 25 yards. I am excited for the rest of the Winter.
  5. I had a friend suggest they could be cinnamon teal, I have heard they are very difficult to tell apart while in eclipse plumage.
  6. I was able to use my waders to get out to them, they weren't in very deep water. I also had a fishing pole with a big topwater rigged up to snag ducks that were father out.
  7. I think one of the teals was a drake in eclipse plumage.
  8. This was in the Mountain Zone in unit 1
  9. Here are a few pictures from my first ever duck hunt this weekend. My first duck was a double on a pair of blue-winged teals, and I got a nice bunch of rudy ducks this morning.
