Russell’s high school buddy, Chuck Martinez, spotted this deer at 10:30am at a distance of 630yards. Russell stalked into 325 yards and waited until 2:30pm to shoot this deer when he stood up. He missed on the first shot and heart punched him on the second shot. This deer was shot three days before the full moon. (moon phase is a subject Russell is interested in).

Russell asks anyone who is interested to e-mail him with day, dates and times of past, present and future Coues Kills or Spottings. He is interested in gathering information on deer activity and moon cycle.
