I’m not a realtor but i don’t see how this won’t seriously change the real estate market. The unemployment rate is climbing faster than the infection rate. Things can’t and won’t bounce back instantly. Millions of Americans are going to be jobless and/or bankrupt by the end of this. I got a bull elk archery tag in unit 1 and I need some advice. What bow should I get? It's a late hunt are they still bugling? What broadheads? When should I start practicing? Is a 380 bull possible? Some good news in the midst of things - After several of the busiest months I've ever had, I was finally able to bring my oldest out fishing for a daddy-daughter day. Roosevelt didn't disappoint. This angel fished from 8am to 4pm and wasn't the reason we had to come home. We caught and released well over a dozen of the recently stocked black-nose crappie - A few spiny yellows- And kept some slabs - After a decade, the outlook for Roosevelt is finally shaping up in my humble opinion. Round count doesn’t matter much on 21s they will run forever. I have over 5K through mine with zero issues. Clean it, don’t clean it, oil or don’t oil it’s going to keep going.

Also if you are mechanically inclined you can do it yourself and save a lot of money.

Get on X maps and hunt the southwest corner of the unit keep heading in that direction until you come across the boundary marker for an Indian Reservation hop that fence and hike in about a 200 yards, that's a great area to to start.

I’m an agent and also just happen to be buying and selling during this deal. We offered on a home the first day it came to market and fortunately got it under contract, it has multiple back ups should we fall through, but it’s in great shape and we close on the 17th. Our home we are selling went under contract in 5 days, hopefully everything goes smooth and we close on the 30th.
