Just received the call from AZGFD for the 2nd year in a row. Offered me a Goat tag for my 2nd choice. Last year it was 1 week before the hunt and I passed. This year only 2 days before the hunt. Passed again. With no time for scouting and properly preparing thought it was not feasible. Give me at least 1 month next time and I will go !

Great pis and great Buck. Know the feeling on the stolen gear. In 2015 on the way to the Kaibab my son in laws gear stolen at Marys cafe in Flagstaff also. Hate the thieves !

Unit 10 2nd choice.

Kinda tough for me to put a hunt together in 1 or 2 days. No scouting, getting the camp together, shooting etc. I am a business owner and with the holiday weekend have some help gone. Believe me, I have only wanted 1 Antelope tag in my life. Want to do it right and not by myself. My hunting buddy cannot go on such short notice. I'm sure that many of you would jump at the hunt if offered, but it would not be a smart move for me right now. I have waited this long. Maybe someone on here will get a call and be excited to go. Just don't want to waste the tag by being unprepared. I guess that we are all different in our thoughts on this but that is why we are all different.

I'm sure that the reference to the 35 year old Kaibab pics was a reference to my response to scoring of the Buck by the first pics. Sometimes hard to Judge score by pics. Didn't mean to upset anyone. Great Desert Mulie or any Mulie for that matter. I always have followed Mike Eastmans way of Field Judging. Deep forks front and deep backs to get to that 180 range. I really didn't see that from the pics. Sorry again, great Buck.

I know. It was the 2019 hunter I believe. They wouldn't have a pic of the 2020 bull up on the 2020 auction.

I heard a rumor it was on the San Carlos. Does the gov tag include reservations? Just wondering. Amazing Bull wherever it was.

East, 1992. I think it was the 1st year they re-opened that late east side hunt. 50 tags. We drew 3 on same app. Sure havn't been that lucky for a long time!

Center Buck is 236 7/8 net. Smaller Buck last day 140ish. Over 600 inches of bone in that truck. Buck on right has a 203 main frame, 6 1/2 inch bases.

130ish. The Buck on the far left is right at 30" inside and scores only 150ish. Has a couple cheaters on the back.

CNN can make anything worse than it really is !!
