For sale is a Kimber Montana 8400 .300 WSM. I'm asking $1450 OBO. It has a muzzle break installed and a trigger job set to 2 1/2 pounds. It also has a NEVEL 1 piece aluminum scope mount installed, with a vortex viper 6.5x24x50mm scope. Has a vortex scope level mounted on scope. All the work has been done by Craig's custom rifles.

I first spotted this deer almost 1000 yards away feeding with another 2x2 and 2 doe. Long story short, my father and I worked our way to close in the distance. Once we got to the hill I wanted to get to I was worried we wouldn't see him again. Just as I was about to give up I saw him across the bottom feeding up the other side of the hill. Once I realized that I left the range finder on the last hill I estimated him to be a little over 300 yards. I grabbed the shooting stick and took the shot. When I saw him take off up the hill I was worried that I had missed. Only till I saw him fall over after about 30 yards. Once we arrived to where we saw him go over, I was very excited to see that I made a wonderful shot. Dragging him out was a different story, it felt like a big ol' muley behind us. It was taken in one of the 36's with a Howa 1500 .270 with vortex viper 6.5x20x50 glass
