Glad to hear it! I just bought a 10x10 flex bow that was on sale at sportsmans. Haven't used it yet, but my kid said it was super easy to setup and nice on his camping trip.

12 foot box when enclosed and 23 feet when opened up.
One king bed, one queen bed, dinette kids bed, and a couch bed. Sleeps 7 and weighs about 1500 pounds.
I replaced the canvas in 2018 through Bear Creek Canvas, and I rebuilt the roof at the same time. We have only used it maybe 6 times since then.
It has a fridge, furnace, plumbed for propane, a 9 gallon fresh water tank, and power outlets. I never used any of those appliances, so I'm unsure if they work. Overall, it's in good shape for its age.

Curious why your selling? I been looking at these.

I hope so, Chrysler trannys are a huge running joke. Almost guaranteed to find someone that had had a problem with them.

Oh yea had a 2001 ram 1500 but had a bad taste in my mouth after tranny went at 80k. Those 5.7 magnum engines are solid though.

Very true words here. I have owned Fords, chevys and yotas. Preventive maintaince is key to any brand. But yes it easy to say toyotas are better because typically they are built better. Just take care of your shiit and you'll be surprised how far you can go with a vehicle.

I have a 2022 XL f350, 7.3 gasser, long bed, quad cab, 4x4. So far so good. My first ford and first heavy-duty truck. It has the same features plus some more as andyyy truck, so for a XL it's well equipped. I mainly use it for hauling my 12k lbs 5th wheel, which it pulls just fine with the godzilla engine. Towing capacity is 16k and has 3700 lbs of payload. Let me know if you have any other questions.
