Willing to sell gun without reloading items.

I'm selling a Remington 700 ADL in 270 for a friend. He decided he liked his 7-08 better and this has been sitting in his safe for years. He shot 60 rounds through it. It comes with the 60 pieces of brass, 30 130 grain bullets, 30 140 grain bullets and 30 150 grain bullets to be reloaded (not loaded ammo), a set of RCBS dies and weaver bases. $450 takes it all, $400 for for gun without reloading items. There are some scratches on the plastic stock and the iron sights were removed to mount a scope. I would buy it, but I have the same gun in 30.06. Possible trade for 12 ga. shotgun. I'm located in Sierra Vista.

I have the exact same setup 12x12 Alaknak and stove. I added a gasket to the door and that helps with burn rate. My son and I have used this setup to keep us warm on some pretty cold elk and deer hunts. My son, my brother, my nephew and I weathered a pretty good storm a few years back while deer hunting. Granted my son was a teenager and my nephew was about six. First time my son and I used it on his first JR. elk hunt: 4:00 AM as we're getting ready... Me "how did you sleep" him "pretty good, it got a little hot in here, I had get out of my sleeping bag a few times, how 'bout you" Me "I was up all night putting wood in the stove so you wouldn't get cold, I think I need to add a gasket to the door".

Brand spanking new! I have taken them out of the boxes to check them, but that's it.
