Hi looking to building a layer system for December coues hunting here in Arizona. Just wondering if you guys could share some info on the layering system you use, which brands also do you need to buy several pairs of shirts,pants ect I would think for socks and underwear yes but not for pants/shirts$$$$$. Appreciate any info

Hi guys wondering how you find seating depth when developing loads. I've read many ways of doing it. Such as removing firing pin/spring from bolt, and resizing or cutting the neck slightly on a case and putting a bullet slightly in, then put the case in rifle chamber and slowly close the bolt all the way. Then slowly pull back the bolt and remove case/bullet and measure for coal which would be the measurement to the lands. Then back of the lands slightly. But when I did this and took some loads out to the range I immediately showed signs of high pressure and stopped shooting. so know ive just been going with oal from hornady book. So any info or techniques would be helpful. Also the best group ive gotten with the oal from hornady book and the load I came up with was lil under 1in at 200 yards.

I'm shooting a 30-06 and live in tucson... And I do have the comparator from hornady so oal pretty much are almost exact... But as for powder I started at thee lowest powder charge on hornady book and still got high pressure signs do you think I had bullet jamed into lands

I have these same models and wonder what differences compared to the neu version and the guy at swarovski said the only difference is just the exterior body and that the neu had one extra coating called swaroclean which makes cleaning lenses much easier.

One that has 3 point on both sides not counting eye guards with decent tine length and inside spread

Awesome appreciate your guys input. I usually hunt the border units around late November to December and weather there ain't as cold as up north but still could get some what nippy some days. But I recently purchased Sitka's 90% pants and a long sleeve core shirt because I got a deal on the two. I'm thinking of adding the new cold weather transverse shirt to the collection. I was leaning towards merino wool gear but I'm sure Sitka could do the job. But I'm looking to still add/try out some other brand ect to see what works the best. So any one got any more input it would really be appreciated. Also anyone have any reviews on the new kuiu Teton gear that just came out. Also could you guys help me out with a question how much pairs of shirts, pants jackets do you buy? I would think with underwear and socks I would need one for each day of hunt but for shirts and pants I wouldn't think so but have no experience with the higher end clothing. I would be hunting for around 5-10 days possibly more if I draw late December coues tag.
