  10. apple has finally taken care of this. though id spread the knowledge. Previously, the Apple lightening to sd card reader only worked on ipads and there were few aftermarket ones for the iphone that had not so good reviews. I read last week that with the IOS 9.2 update, which is the most recent, the Apple lightening to SD card reader will now work. I went and bought one yesterday and sure enough it worked...
  11. Last Friday I went out to explore some new area, to me at least, to hunt. I knew ahead of time there was a lot of private land owned by ranchers in the area so I did the research as far as private land boundaries and access roads that would not cross them and get me as close as I could to where i wanted to go. My end result was only a 1/2 mile wide strip of forest land in between two pieces of private land with a access road going right through it. I thought perfect. When i got out there there was a fence line connecting the two pieces of private land the 1/2 mile distance and a gate where the road was. It had a lock on it. dang. Got out and took a closer look. The actual pad lock appeared to be locked but wasn't actually latched. So my questions...is it possible landowners would do this to deter majority of people knowing without access there they have it locked down?and if authorities where contacted they would just say its not locked go look for yourself? or is there something I'm missing where they could lock it? Anyone have experience with something like this? or am i just over thinking?
  12. For sale: Napier Truck bed tent (paid 200.00) I have everything that this originally came with including the box. I didnt put up the canopy or the rain fly for the pictures but everything is there. About a year ago the tent tore right at the top center of the tent (picutres below). probably can be fixed. Other then that is in great condition. The tear never bothered me and if it rained I had the rain fly on anyway so i was still dry. Truck Air Bedz Mattress (paid 120.00) The air mattress fits perfect and is a great set up. It comes with a pump and is in excellent conditions. They should both fit in any long bed ford Chevy or dodge. If you have cash in hand we can set it up to be sure. I'm located near the 101 and Warner in Chandler. I loved this set up and used it often but I had to get a tool box for the truck bed so it doesn't really work anymore. Hopefully someone can enjoy as much as i did. 150.00 gets you both tent and mattress and i wont sell separate.
  13. Haha yes the good ol master key. I took over my grandfather fabrication business in 2009. When I first started working with him, one of the first things he showed me were three of these hanging on the wall in the corner of the shop and was like if my friends come by and ask to borrow the master key grab one of these.
  14. Found this in the regs..... J. The Commission may grant permission to lock or oblit- erate a gate or close a road or trail that provides legally available access to state lands for licensed hunters and fishermen if access to such lands is provided by a reason- able alternate route. Under R12-4-610, the Director may grant a permit to a state land lessee to temporarily lock a gate or close an existing road that provides access to state lands if the taking of wildlife will cause unreasonable inter- ference during a critical livestock or commercial operation. This permit shall not exceed 30 days. Applications for permits for more than 30 days shall be submitted to the Commission for approval. If a permit is issued to tempo- rarily close a road or gate, a copy of the permit shall be posted at the point of the closure during the period of the closure. Just curious if anyone has seen these permits posted out the field before?
  15. I checked 5 different resourced maps and every private land app I have and they all matched. No signage whatsoever....Also The private property line border just south of the gate should of been within 100 yards. I walked that direction to see if it was staked/marked off like the maps show and it was. Sounds to me like this isn't the first time someone has seen this which is what I wanted to know. I will say they probably do this because it works. The road up to the gate definitely had signs of being traveled on fairly often but beyond the gate looks like it may of been years...that will change next week. Thanks everyone for the responses. Game on.
  16. Hello. I have an older 1998 Yale 4500lb forklift with Mazda 4 cylinder (I think) and its in need of some serious lovin. Pretty sure a blown head gasket and maybe more. I am typically a dyi person but I'm just to busy to mess with it and do need it running properly. I see many people have good luck finding honest work on here so just checking if anyone does this and is willing to take a look and see what they could do for me. I'm not lookin for a freebie. I understand time is money. Looked near 101 and Warner in Chandler. Thanks in advance.

    Which pants are you wearing?

I have worn the under armor performance field pants for years now. love them good protection, great fit and they let the boys breath. I bought snake gators this for protection against snakes, obviously. At the end of my hunt, i decided i will wear them from now on for great ankle support and i just blast through anything that's is in my way without a worry

  21. Hello everyone. It's been many years coming on here (creeping In the background) and decided it was time to sign up and join the "club". Hunting has been a interest of mine since I was little but never had anyone to show me the ropes and learn. Fast forward at 27 move to Arizona I was lucky enough to have close family friends, who have hunted here for longer than I have been around, take me under there wings and provide me with tons of priceless information and experiences I could never never get in the 5 years of hunting. Through them I meet a coueswhitetail member who I have learned a lot from and lead Me here which has again been priceless so I thank everyone. Hopefully in the future I can provide knowledge and insight to the forums. Rich First coues 10/12 First elk 11/14

AT&T Service Coverage in the White Mountains???

My work phone is Verizon wireless and I also keep my iPhone with AT&T for my unlimited data. I'm always checking which one has better reception when I'm out and about. I don't travel to the white mountains much but Generally speaking....my Verizon phone Is always the winner.
