Had a buck pushing a couple does yesterday. We started making our way in. But ran into some pigs. My son ended up taking his first pig.

Seen 5 mature bucks yesterday all of them were pushing doe. This morning got on one real nice buck pushing a doe. And one small buck all by himself. Rut is good for us so far.

Just dropped the deer head off at the taxiderminist and my little man can't wait to get it back.

Thank you very much everybody from me and my son. My daughter still has a tags hopefully we can get another nice desert buck down.

My son got it done today. Just about a week after he got his first archery elk he got his best deer to date. We made more amazing memories that will live a lifetime!!

My son took a long shot at 1 on Sunday other than that he's past on some smaller deer.

My son and daughter have the tag that starts this morning but we won't be able to make it out till this afternoon.

I was able to take one in 42 opening morning I only had 3 days to hunt so I ended up filling my freezer with a little guy.

Just like to share my 12yo son's recent success! Many months of practicing and scouting paid off on Tuesday. My son took his first archery elk and I couldn't be more proud of him and we made some memories that will last a lifetime. I love my son so much and so happy that everything came together!!!

Found what I was looking for thank you everyone.

I had a awesome hunt with my son on the youth turkey hunt. First morning my boy was able to get a few shots off but was not able to connect. Next morning we just seen bunch of elk no turkey.
Around noon we get to a big opening look across sure enough there's turkey walking along the tree line. We stalked in to 79 yards and my son dropped a hen like a pile of rocks. Couldn't be any happier. I love spending time with my son in the outdoors especially turkey hunting.
