Whats up with that Amanda! Ive been a member here for 4 years and am yet to meet you! Gino is here for what, 8 months and you go to his house?! That aint cool! First, you stand me up on the owl thing ( just kidding, i had to work she didnt stand me up!) firstcoues is disgruntled! -

heres another picture from the day... Ive sat in the passenger seat of my own truck, but never with a 11 year old driving for me! By the way.... the seat is all the way forward, and he is sitting on a stack of school books to reach the peddles and be able to see over the steering wheel!

when i was out last weekend, There was water all through out the bottom of the canyon i was in. would think that this would make watering for the deer much easy, and less apt to hitting their usual water and their usual time.

I was thinking about 30 yards also but ya gotta pattern the wind and only sit that stand when it is like is supposed to be... in ur face and the opposite way of the direction that the bucks come in.
-

Why do you think I always brought my tent and didn't stay in the trailer with all of ya. So I wouldn't have to deal with that kinda stuff Cause no one could stand Jerry's snoring!!! hahahaha!!!! Ok OK ok, it was a mean ole' rattlesnake that had Jim begging me to share my Army issue mummy bag! -
Maybe If you were used to looking through GREAT glass instead of good glass you would be used to telling where the doe is... and ur not even close! Rookie! Funny how the other Leica Duovid owner hadno problem finding the deer!

Very nice! -
Gino, thos 10x50's are awesome! The client that Chrissy and I guided for Jim in December had them (didnt use them at all) had a pair, and I laid them on top of my Zeiss 15x60 and holy cow they were awesome! I actually glassed with them, and if i glassed something up I put my Zeiss on them. They are sooooo bright and clear! Im surprised more people carry the 10x42's then those!

firstcoueswas80 replied to coueschaser3's topic in Photography of Coues Deer and Other Wildlife
Usually, when you are just holding the camera, it will be all the way zoomed in, and any amount of hand shake will make it blurry. it is the only way I have to take pictures, and it can be tricky! -
Or, sell them and get REAL mans glass... Leica Duovids!

Thats what Id do!
