Well here's more proof that yes on app 393 I applied my wife for 3 hunts and paid $39.00. Let's see what you guys can come up with.

22,000 apps doesn't mean only 22,000 app fees charged. Every app I put in for myself and my family was considered 1 app but had anywhere from 4-6 hunts on the app costing $52-$78. You can do the math but I already told you the answer.

More people may not apply but those same people would apply for 12 tags instead of 6 effectively doubling the money As mentioned before I don't mind a few tags but just the way yotebuster thinks, why stop at 100? In reality 100 won't hurt anything, would 500? 1000 mule deer tags spread over the state may not hurt anything but is it a good idea? If it's all about the money then I suppose it's a great idea. Does anyone even know what this money is going towards? Is it general money or is it money being added specifically to certain animals? How much is going to the wolves? How many new trucks will they buy next year when they don't need to?

Raised way more than $300,000. Pushing $1,000,000. But where do they stop? Could they give 12 tags and make $2,000,000 next year? Let's do 100 tags for $16,600,000? It's only going to get worse from here after they got a taste of that money. I'm totally for just a few tags but no way it only stays 6 tags.

I think it's funny the guy that gets brought up is Steve ward and his forgetting to fill out a guide report (who gives af?) but the no name guy charged with running a criminal syndicate and convicted of like 8 illegal takes and illegal possessions at the same meeting isn't mentioned. Seems a lot of people only care about rule breakers or poaching if it's someone that's "hunting famous" or a guide.

I'm pretty sure reversing a legitimate charge because of your own mistake would be illegal.

It would have accepted your home phone number as your customer ID and not rejected your app. That doesn't mean it's valid. That's why it said very clearly to ensure everything was correct before you submitted.

It literally says make sure everything is correct because if not your app will be rejected and app fees are non refundable.

For the regular draw you use your ss # or your sportsmans ID number (for some people its the same thing). With the portal you now have your customer ID number that can also be used as well. For this draw it very clearly said to use your customer ID. Sounding more and more like my odds are better than I thought they'd be with everyone screwing up and not reading directions.

Everyone that knows about it better try for it this year before word spreads. Odds will still suck but from every year after this I'd imagine it will be much worse. I don't think it will hit 10,000 but bet it's 5,000+. In reality the elk hunt is basically a long late season hunt so its not a super prime hunt other than the amount of time you have without competition. The coues hunts will be the most popular I'd imagine. Not sure on the mule deer hunts since they're mostly desert units.

Even those that are against it are gonna be putting in, you can guarantee that. Would be nice if they made some sort of cap for NR like only 1 of the 6 tags can go to NR. Up the odds just a tiny bit for the residents. Although I doubt it will help statistically with all the applications they will get.

It doesn't count towards your annual bag limit. They know most guys will pay app fees for all 6 hunts. Multiply that by the thousands that will apply and they'll make a couple hundred thousand off app fees alone. I would guess that the tag price will be normal price because as mentioned with so few tags even making the tag cost $500 isn't going to bring in much extra money. I like this idea better than raising tag or license prices. Atleast it feels like you're getting a chance at possibly drawing basically a watered down version of a raffle tag. Just as long as they don't get out of control and start adding more tags in the future.
