Guys if you know anyone who lost there quiver full of arrows I would like to return them. On Saturday morning a guy left the parking area by lake pleasant in what looked like a 2seat razor. We noticed he had his bow on the very back. As we were driving to our hunting spot we came across all his arrows with quiver foam laying in the middle of the road. If you know who this may be have him contact me. Pm or text. 602-758-5535

Unit 21...scouting is a must and will cut down your time scrambling during the hunt. There is nothing easy about the unit. Pick an area and plan on hunting it a full day. Plenty of camps spots off Dugas or cherry. As mentioned squaw peak is a good starting point but not for the weak of heart if you kill one. Most of the bulls will be broke up in there as they fight hard in that unit over a smaller population of cows than your typical pine tree unit. Best of luck and shoot straight.

I believe it’s the 677rd that goes through. 68d rd goes between Dugas and cherry. You will be in the same general area as every other Tom, Dick and Harry on the muley hunt. Alot of spikes and 2 pointers will be in trouble. Good luck bud.

Was Unit 21 Mule deer the wrong choice?? Any help please!
ruthunter replied to ar13fox's topic in Mule Deer Hunting
Spend alot of time in 21 every year. Mule deer #’s in my opinion are increasing slowly from 2 years ago. My son took a 3x4 on the jr hunt 2 weeks ago and we saw about a dozen bucks. Area’s to look at would be New river Mesa, Cooks ,Dugas and bloody basin. All the spots mention hold the most mule deer but will also hold the most hunters come opening day. Good luck..here is the buck my son killed this year. -
I spent (2) days out there this weekend glassing around helping a jr pig hunter. We saw (5) bucks in two days. We were in the same areas you mentioned. We never hiked anywhere. All we did was glass from the roads. I wouldn’t hike anything unless you are on a stalk. The full moon I believe has the bigger bucks bedded at daylight but the smaller spikes, two pointers and small 3’s seemed to be active for the first 2-3hrs.

Looking for a Remington 700 ultimate muzzleloader with synthetic stock.

21 will beat you up in a truck. If you must use a truck a 4wd is a must. I would try and get a Utv or quads. Did he draw an archery tag or rifle? Good luck!
-
Congrats on the tag. I helped a buddy last year in 43b. He killed a 11.5 year old ram with 16” bases. I was impressed with the amount sheep we saw. We hunted the YPG and it was fairly easy to do as all u had to do was call in and out by phone. You will need to register on there website and take there safety quiz aswell. Good luck.

Sweet! Killed my ram out of 42. I’ve helped several since take nice rams in there. Either tag is awesome. Enjoy the process.

He said he was away on a hunt and he told his wife to put everyone in for sheep etc. When he got home he learned that she put (3) of them in for sheep on the same app. What do you know? A $900 hit came through this morning. Lol
