Up for sale is our two 2005 Arctic Cat 500 4x4 quads and 14' trailer. I'd really like to sell as a package, but I will consider selling each item individually. The quads need to sell before I can let the trailer go. Located in Mesa. Do to age/physical issues we want to move to a SxS. The green one is mine and used for hunting/scouting. The red one is my wife's. She hasn't ridden it much over the last few years, so mileage is lower. They have been garage kept since new and regularly well maintained. Just changed the oil/filter and air filter on both. All suspension bushings replaced a few years ago. Good tires on both. We rarely rode them faster than 20mph and never abused. Miles/hours: Green - 4771/596.5, Red - 3475/437.2. Includes what you see in the pictures...lockable storage box, ammo can storage, 4" ABS tube storage, two strap on storage bags, fender bag, bungee nets, spare tire. $3200 each, or best reasonable offer. Weiers trailer: cargo bed is 14' L x 50" W. No wiring/lighting issues. Wood deck is pretty weathered but fully functional. Tires and spare kept covered and in great shape. I cannot sell separately until the quads sell. $800 Also for sale is a truck bed quad rack. Custom built, qualify steel/welds. It fit in a Chevy 6' 6" bed with tail gate up. 10' ramps fold in half and stow/lock beneath quads. I hauled these large Arctic Cat 500 quads on it while pulling a tent trailer. No problem on a 2004 Chevy 2500. As seen in the pics, the powder coating is coming off and starting to rust. I had this built several years ago for $1300. Asking $700. I have a Cabellas Alaknak 12x12 I'm considering selling. It comes with the wood stove, floor protector, roof protector, vestibule, center pole accessory hooks, all stakes/ropes. All stowed in a very large military canvas bag.

We were in 5B-S for 5 days of the elk hunt. We camped off a short road that my buddy has camped at the last 4 years. We weren't in camp when the FS person showed up, so they left a note and crappy map. Note said "you are camped on a closed road, please vacate by Monday". The other camp talked to the FS person who said nothing about the closed road. Said they were there for 14 days and needed to move. There were plenty of camps outside the designated "camping zones", but on open roads. They weren't asked to move. It appears the FS is enforcing the closed road camping but not the designated "camping zones". People where still driving on "closed" roads without issue. I asked a G&F officer about it...he said "don't get me started". A little consistency from the FS would be nice. There seems to be a lot of confusion.

Here are photos on my 2004 Chevy 2500. Not sure of the weight. I'd guess a few hundred pounds. By myself I could wheel it in place with a dolly, back the truck up to it, lean it unto the tailgate and slide it in. Not too difficult really. See last two pics for dimensions.
