  1. I have data for a load that somebody gave me, now is with sierra gameking 180grain, imr 7828 scc but it calls for 77.5 grain of powder and 3.360 coal, now the manual calls for a mximum load of 76.8 grain and 3.340 coal.

do you think is a safe load being a little longer on the coal or i should stick to the manual?

i reload my 308 and i have a fantastic load but first time on the 300 win mag.

    please let now your opinions.

    thank you.

  2. i don't do crossfit but if u like to try go on groupon and get it for a month, most places offer a month discounted and the if u like it you can sign up or look for another location on groupon, i go to club sar in scottsdale is a regular gym nothing fancy but i got to workout and is $ 99.00 a year and $ 55.00 a year for 18 and under, my son is 16 years old and we go at 6am before school.

    hope this helps.

  3. The older I get the more important this is. When I was in my 20's and 30's hunting these Coues deer was a peice of cake physically. I could hike for miles with no prolblems. Heck I was 6'4" and 150 lbs! Now at age 50 and 185 lbs. I have to work much harder to stay in shape and keep up with my boys who are in their 20's. I go most every weekday at lunch to the new state of the art fitness center here in Morenci. I do a lot of cardio work and some weights.

I really prefer to trail run to keep in shape but had a bad calf mucsle pull and I haven't ran for more than a mile or so in over 6 mos. I can still hike very well and running a lot of trail cameras in the summer also helps keep me in shape as well.

    Scott,

looks like you are in great shape, 6'4 and 185 is great.

  4. i lift weights 3 times a week before work and hike camelback mountain 2 times and on sunday i do a long hike in the mc dowells, try to cut down on drinkink, lots of calories on alcohol, no bread low carbs but good carbs, i've been eating brown rice pasta gluten free but is a lot lighter than regular pasta.

  5. Who cares? Honestly... The race card has been pulled out more then the Picachoo card when that was popular! These 'race wars' we 'suffer' through today are nothing compared to the what, 50's and 60's? Thats then race was a huge deal... Now every one pulls the race card for any subject that upsets them. Period.

    agreed 100%

  7. Besides quail, Rica enjoys a good hunt for grouse, antelope, elk, coues, flowers, rocks or mountains.
