hello - ok now what year did they start the early rifle hunts ? - the whole idea -In my opinion was back then archers were enjoying the best hunting during the rut!! And takin monster bulls - most of the big wigs at g$f weren't into archery - thus they implamented these trophy hunts - I may be wrong but thats how I remember it goin!! Gary

hello - guess i got a quick question for buckeye - sunset farms - Is buckeye still the only town in arizona which allows discharge of firearms within city limits - it used to be mainly because of the rural area - all that may have changed - i remember - eatin an early breakfast in town and then drive 1/3 mile to the mill silos next to the railroad tracks and shoot all day - baasically right in town - are those ole silos still standin ?---- the good ole days -- gary -

Each side has 4 main pieces - front leg - back leg - backstraps and the ribroll - i tell'm to start at the ribcage and cut inbetween each rib as carefully as possible and continue cutting all the meat off the brisket and neck in one huge slab- care to be taken around the neck as a lot of litlle vertabrate bones - bamm - roll it over do it agin - dont forget the loins or any internal organs you want - your done ! I guess shame on me cuz I call the rib roll -- burger meat - oh well - nice illustration Lance -- Gary
