GRACO makes top shelf stuff and the ones I used in the early 70's were very easy and cheap to rebuild. -
Time for a new tuck Diesel or Gas
PRDATR replied to AZBUCKEYE's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
I have been pretty much the norm for 7.3's in repairs. Two injectors 7 years ago at about 200K and an alternator about the same time. Two water pumps, two glow plug relays, on the third serpentine belt but never had one fail. Replaced radiator at about 230K and degas bottle a couple of years before that. Just replaced all injectors and glow plugs a few months ago and replaced the pickup in the fuel tank and steering box in the spring. Replaced one front hub, still on the original transmission at 268K. If you run a diesel look into adding a bypass oil filter and it will double or triple the miles between oil changes. My truck is 15.5 years old and I can't imagine driving anything else. You can do most all of the repairs yourself but it is almost impossible to find a shop that can correctly diagnose problems and then do the repairs without messing something else up or just doing it 90% of the way. -
??? for you / ALMOST DOVE TIME! yeee ha

Man sounds like that place is going to be a Zoo. -
Hunted it last year from Mammoth down to San Manuel mostly up off Cowboy Miller Road. I did the middle hunt. It was very dry and I didn't see any bucks. Judging from the sign in sheets most of the deer were taken during the first hunt. That side of the unit is in a five year drought.

Go for it Ace. Might want to start another thread in the Campfire.

So, nobody needs ammo?

Cheapest would probably be Monroe. Check Shockwarehouse.com, I will have Desert Rat do the install for me when they come in.

1st time quail season
PRDATR replied to desertotter's topic in Small Game, Upland Bird, and Waterfowl Hunting
The males have a have three basic calls the use to announce themselves (usually perched from about 8' off the ground) and to call to the other birds to regroup. Learn these and you will be golden. You can learn them and the cadence then whistle them and you won't need to buy any calls. -
They are the 2.0 Performance Series IFP. The spec doesn't mention a uni-ball so probably not.

My Bilsteins have about 175K on them so I think I am going to replace them. I ordered some FOX Shocks and should get them installed in another week or so.
