Yup. Don't care how hot it is. Don't have to shovel it, sprinkle anything to walk on it, or put on 5 layers of clothes to check the mail.

You mean the results aren't out yet? I was certain I saw a post saying cards were hit..... For me it is not too exciting. We always put in for a (almost) 100% draw coues hunt. It has been a tradition in our family for many years that we all gather for this hunt. We have to make it one or which we all can get drawn. THe only "anticipation" is to see if everyone DID get drawn. So far it has been 100%. Jinx. Dang it.

Several. I have always had the mantra of: you can pay me well and treat me poorly or treat me well and pay me poorly. When either of those fails I leave. Years ago I decided to have both. SO now I work for myself and pay myself well and my wife takes care of the treating me poorly part....

Most quad batteries are pretty basic. We just get the Walmart batteries and they do just fine. Take in your old one for sizing and core charge. They are all agm I think.

My wife is not a hunter, but tolerates going hunting with me. The best advice I was ever given was to buy her the best of whatever she wants, especially clothes. If she is uncomfortable, YOUR life will suck. My wife has better hunting clothes than I do. Better boots. Better gun. If nothing else I can "guilt" her into it by reminding her how much we spent on her to give her "the best"...lol Oh, and when she is "done" for the day...BE done. Or again, YOUR life will suck. I look at it as basically hunting with a "child". Lots of patience and the understanding that we are spending time together in the outdoors while pretending to hunt. If I want her with me, I am the one that has to adapt to the circumstances.

Buy her a ring, that will end all of your hunting issues....

I own a business. Yes, I know all about the collection processes and laws. I legally cannot do the collections myself. My current collector is dropping the ball and I was hoping there might be someone on here(or known) that i could give some business.

Rossi- Does your Vanguard PH-113V accept a standard manfrotto quick detach plate or only the vanguard plates? Any issues with your spotters fitting?

I have friends an family in Forest Lakes and so far no evacuation orders have been given. They don't seem to be too worried about it yet either. Still about 4 miles away.

I am no expert, not even close, but I also use the manfrotto 700rc2. Happy with it.
