I went and put one of my cams up in elk country yesterday and saw 4 bulls and a bunch of cows. I didn't get a pic of the biggest one but he was a little bigger then the biggest of the three in the pics. The pics aren't great because they were far but it was nice to see some velvet. It looks like they are growing well so far and hopefully they will finish strong in July.

Do you have any more pics, like some of the inside.

I asked the question on here a week ago or so and didn't get very many responses, a couple of guys said they have found a few.

We had a thread a while back about interesting rocks found while out hiking. I found this one the other day and thought it was nice enough and not too big to bring home and put on the shelf. I cant remember finding turquoise before.

Edge- Interesting info, I will bring it by and you can stick your tongue to it if you want. I will just put it on my shelf and enjoy its beauty, lol.

Has anyone found any coues sheds from this year or know if they are dropping yet? Has anyone seen any coues bucks missing head gear on their cams? Thanks

Nice buck and a good collection, how many miles do you think you hiked to find all of these? I have hiked about 32 miles and found one brown elk shed and 2 old white elk sheds.

A co-worker brought in this old deadhead and I thought it was unique enough to share.

I am not selling just curious of what the price is for Brown's is this year, last year I believe it was around $12.00 a pound. Does anyone know?

What does a 6-point shed weigh on average? I don't know if there is an average but the 6 point I just found weighs about 6.5 lbs.

That's what was going through my mind after walking for about 7 hours and then I found this decent brown and decided I might go again. I went to two spots and had no luck and decided to return to where I saw a bull that had recently dropped. I started hiking at the third spot around 1:00 and I knew I didn't have a lot of energy left to hike so I thought I will do a 2 hour loop and it paid off. The first pic is the bull I saw last Saturday, I don't know if it is his shed or not but I'm glad I went back.
