I say we get rid of the YouTube hunter

Unlike you and jdown I actually post hunting content here and I actually hunt. I did wish I had video of the Mt lion incident I had.

  2. Now that I trolled nearly everyone on this thread and triggered alot of 1st time otc elk hunters about giving up too much info, I will shut up now.  Y'all gave me an idea.

Yeah you guys should just tell everyone. Hopefully some out of staters show up. Surely nobody will find any elk..

It's not the out of staters, it's the adult onset resident hunters, that listened to a couple of joe Rogan podcast or watched randy Newberg.   I saw 30+ trucks and it wasn't because of this thread.

Why this thread evwn exist? Cool otc elk. Tell ur friends. Not the internet.

Do really think because they buy a tag they will find elk?  The amount of miles and days I've put in to pattern while most are doing something else is the difference.

For the record my 4b bull from last year

What's the access  like ? Would  it be worth  the time  to dig out the s x s and haul it up. We only use it for travel to a spot then on foot  and haul out. I took  my quad to Colorado  once what a waist of fuel.  Can't  use them at all  it seems.

I'm not the right person to ask. I think if you use a sxs you need to have your hunting license taken away.  Roads are dust with some rock shelfs. There were alot of hunters, I saw over 30 this weekend.

I'm confused about the boundaries. Is anything off of the nf game on? Section 156 or 157 that's all I could find. The 504 is a long way from dry lake.

Simple speaking. Everything north of the forest.

The five recognized subspecies are American pronghorn (A.a.americana, Ord 1815), Oregon pronghorn (A.a.oregona, Bailey, 1932), Mexican pronghorn (A.a.mexicana, Merriam 1901), Sonoran pronghorn (A.a.sonoriensis, Goldman 1945), and peninsular pronghorn (A.a.peninsularis, Nelson 1912)

    Maybe Mexican?

I think so.  I must have been reading an old article from the Smithsonian that referenced chihuahua
