It’s a hatch out west rail I bought from them because I use their bipod. My gunsmith installed it and I haven’t taken it off. I’m assuming he drilled a hole and threaded it. The rail came with the bolts.

How did you get it off? Long breaker bar, heat, and beer?

I’m waiting for a 270 WSM to ship. As soon as I get it the barrel will be available. I will let you know if you’re still looking.

The Factory 162 ELD-X shot well out of my 700. I started reloading a handful of years back, kept the 162 ELD-X but started playing around with different loads and ended up shooting great for me.

Anyone have experience with their prefits? If so, how do you like them? I’ve gone the proof prefit route with a 300wm but looking at a 270 wsm for this build which proof does not offer. I have also been looking at carbon six barrels. I don’t know anyone that has first hand experience with these companies so thought I would check here. Thanks!

Remington 700 LR 7MM Mag with Greyboe outlander stock. All cerakote work was done by Kampfeld Customs. Kampfeld also installed the bolt knob and fluted the bolt. Bedded by Dane Customs and has a Timney trigger and includes hatch bipod rail. Rifle has approximately 150 rounds through it and shoots well.
