We recommend not going by brand, but what feels the best to you. It may not always be the most expensive bow that is right for you, try as many as you can get your hands on and go from there. Pretty much all of the bow companies that are still around make a quality bow. Good luck!

Lots of new bows have been rolling into the shop. Today we recieved the 2014 Mathews bows featuring the Creed XS and the Monster Chill R. The 2014 PSE's have been rolling in as well, however, we are still waiting on the highly anticipated Full Throttle clocking in at 370 fps. The new Prime Alloy arrived and is also a very nice bow. Now we are just waiting on Bowtech to come out in January. Please let me know if there are any questions I can answer for you guys about the new bows, or feel free to come shoot them in the store. Lots of 2013 bows are on sale as well... For those preparing for the December/January archery hunt I recommend getting your bow serviced sooner rather than later as shops experience a high volume right before the season. Josiah

Our number one seller in 2013 was the Easton Axis, great bang for your buck and it is definitely a durable hunting arrow. We sell lots of Victory VAPs as well, amazing penetration and flight in wind. However, some people don't care for the weakness of the insert/outsert. Gold Tip is hard to beat for price/quality. Happy hunting!

We have always had good luck with the 2" blazers and use them on our personal hunting arrows. Most of the arrows we fletch are 2" blazers, however, we do have some requests for the AAE MAX hunters.

Its a great bow, the improvements of being lighter weight and a faster speed(328-336fps)are definitely evident...stupid smooth and accurate!! Nobody can go wrong with this setup....

We have 21 Flatline maps in stock, never had any complaints on the Flatlines and we sell a lot of them.The only problem so far is that they haven't made every unit yet.

The good news Curtis is that you got a great bow, we have been very pleased with the Assassin and it was our top selling bow in that price range last year. We were going through the bows yesterday, we also have creeds and chills on sale as well as 2 Mr8's and the PSE Dream Season DNAs.

We have been having great luck with Montana Black Gold, they have a wide range of 5 pins varying in price based on their micro adjustability. Many of there sights are offered in Lost Camo, their customer service has been superb, and they have always been excellent about taking care of our customers who experience any issues.
