I called back talked to the same kid. Told him I had a buddy that saw yhe powder there, he apologized and went to look again. Came back with the corect amounts and said he must have overlooked them. That is what you call a lazy sales associate.

Awesome! Congrats to all involved.

Not sure I understand the hating on this one either? I have a Tikka t3 7-08 for my wife and, soon to be of hunting age, son. I couldn't be happier with it. It is a great elk and deer rifle for them that isn't so big that they will be afraid to shoot it. It also offers a lot of variety in bullet choice.

$100-$150 seems to be about the going price. I ended up going to Tom at Sportsmans in Mesa for my last string and am very pleased with both the string and the work he did.

I was just asked how to hang these. They have grommets at the top. You want them to hang loose like a curtain.

Awesome gun Stan! I've been casually looking for a Sendero .300 RUM myself for a while. I haven't got any tags yet this year so am in no rush. But I still check in with most of the east valley dealers weekly to check their inventory. I've been getting a bit fed up with the attitude I've been getting at most of these gun dealers lately. Seems that with the recent run on anything shooting related many no longer feel the need to show good customer service, or even be polite. Sooner or later things will get back to normal, but I won't forget who did and didn't forget how to treat and appreciate a customer.

Crazy and fantastic video. Good thing it was the little one!

I agree with everything you said. But sadly, voting out someone like McCain isn't going to happen. The average voter just isn't informed or smart enough. This last election was our best shot in a long time with Heyworth, but the election wasn't even close. Heyworth was buried under a mountain of negative campaigning, (a lot of which was probably financed by liberals). Sadly, I think our only option is to wait the old dinosaur out.

Very cool mount!

The History Channel debuted a new show this week after Swamp People called "Chasing Tail". It is about a group of red neck archery hunters who hunt white tail in people's backyards in an affluent part of Connecticut. The last episode featured one of the hunters gaining permission from a homeowner to set up on her back deck to hunt some deer who had been eating her flowers. Interesting to say the least.
I need to head out to Connecticut...

No, I can check tonight.

I've seen quite a few ARs at Bear Mountain and Pistol Parlor as well recently. Seems AR sales are starting to get back to normal. Wish I could say the same for ammo and loading components. I went to check out a hole in the wall gun shop in Tempe yesterday and they wanted $10 CASH for 50 rounds of 22lr Remington Thunderbolt ammo.

I really like the concept and looks of this but wonder how secure it might be, especially on rough roads. Anyone tried one of these?

Just left Bear Mountain in Mesa. The have a couple of cases of Gen2 PMAGS in stock. Both window and windowless. About $20 each.

Better get out and buy your knives while you still can!

I can't wait! This may become the most coveted trophy game in the mountains. I may not have gotten my elk tag, but I hear drone is might tasty this time of year.

Remington 700 Sendero .338 RUM. Glass bedded with a Shrewd muzzle brake. (Waiting on a Nightforce Scope.)Very nice gun. I was admiring it while I was shooting next to you up at Rio Salado a couple of Saturdays ago. I was the guy with the crutch.

The fence is gone. Thanks again Adam.

Just over 40 ft of white wood picket fence and gate. I am not asking any money for the fence. The house we recently moved into has it set up in the backyard as a divider for previous owners dogs. It should break down into sections of about 10 ft each. I recently had leg surgery and am unable to take it down. If you are willing to come take it down, it is all yours.
It is located just north of Ocotillo on Ironwood in San Tan Valley/Queen Creek.
Thanks
(The monkey on the back fence is extra, but available for the right price.)
ATV Tire Question

If the other is still in good shape just replace the one. Since you are likely driving on rough uneven ground anyway, it shouldn't matter as long as they are the same size and shape.
That is unless you one one of these guys who places their ATV/UTV looking pretty over functionality, like my brother. He has an awesome Polaris RZR with nice shiny chrome tires, fancy sound system, paint job, etc. He doesn't fish, hunt, camp, etc., and I don't think the thing has ever seen anything but pavement, but he sure looks "cool" driving around the neighborhood. Such a waste....
