Pussy! Lol joking!!! A light sear on fish like that is the way to go if you’ve never cooked it. It’s still rare and it’s cooked. Add your favorite sauce and serve over a bed of greens. You won’t hate it.

Piccata as mentioned above is good. Raw is also good. If you’re doing tacos just grill it. Pan seared and served on a salad is awesome too.

It’s going to be in two weeks on the 25th. Boat is the Malihini. Kind of a last minute idea but have always wanted to try fishing in the ocean.

Wanted morning but was only able to get afternoon. First time out so no high hopes on fish but at least I’ll learn the process.

Pear jam, jelly, syrup, juice is my jam!! (Pun intended!) they’ve been late this year in the wild. Towns have been doing good! Weird year for me. Usually take the back roads home and pick buckets full but not ready yet.

I lived in Wyoming for a spell. I often think of returning. I hated the wind and cold while there but dream about it while here. I prefer cold to heat.

Dad lost a 115” whitetail that way. Dog dug it up. Found it months later destroyed! This was early 90’s though, before scores were really popular with common folk.
