Then he had a heart attack on April 1 St last year . 14 days later he lost his mom. 19 days later my sister. Yes right now I have alot a hate toward everything. I truly apologize if anything said here offends anyone. Including jimmy. But the fact is what took place years ago should have never happened. It changed my sister that day. I never again had the same sister and now my dad sits home waiting for his turn to go. Wasting away in sorrow. And it kills me to the core. That I can't help him😥
I just thought he quit posting cause he had his money and was enjoying it. Wasn’t aware of jail time and what not. Hope he’s ok, he was a good guy off the forum. What happened if I may ask?

Still morbidly obese and fat AF plus whatever else fat guys are called. Started eating chicken and rice a few weeks ago. Wasn’t aware an almost pure elk diet spiked cholesterol. Thought it was better than that. Life fail.

Since my oven went out a few years ago…. I bbq, smoke, or toaster oven everything! Just tastes better

Just burbon tonight. Really wanna eat but already got my calories in. Discipline my friends.

What’s wrong with it that you’re needing to sell? Or is it just a property that you don’t need in your portfolio?

Am I seeing deer tracks in that tractor tire?

The spicy TI with hot burger and cold blue cheese, hit all the notes.
Side of bushes baked beans.

Since your case is in Pima, you might wanna check with Mark's office in Benson or call Joel for a referral. They're pretty cool and might share insights. Battaglia/Roberts PC seems to be the go-to, and I think Ann from their office could suggest someone good for your situation.
Thank you for the recommendations. I’m in the sit and wait period now.

Didn’t see extra spare listed unless I missed it? Always carry 2 spares since I’ve needed 2 before. Battery impact is a must as well as a few pry bars and valve stems (been there too) other than your list I would add a few common parts that fail on whatever your driving. You may not have the tools to replace but at least you’ll have the parts when you gotta hitchhike back to town on a Sunday morning at 5am with all the parts stores closed. A buddy can drive you back out with the tools to replace the parts you already have. Saves a really expensive tow bill. I had to replace a ball joint once, distributor once, plug wire once, hubs a few times, fuses once when I knocked off my trailer plug and the Tacoma wouldn’t come outa park. Just keep some common parts with your tools. Could save a lot of money.

The biggest and only benefit I see currently is the harvest data is mandated with the e-tag. The rest of it is about the same.

Pima on I-10 just before cienega. Highway patrol were the ones on the scene.

That’s how it seems.

34 minutes ago, Curtis Reed said:This is what liability insurance is for. It’s their problem. I find it odd that they are contacting you directly and not your insurance company.
Agreed. My insurance company knew nothing of it until I contacted them.

Thanks for all the replies. I have forwarded everything to my insurance company. Basically being told that what was offered in the settlement wasn’t enough. My claims guy said that he’s never seen them not accept. From what I know the company (as Stanley said) is an outside company that seems to be working with or bought the claim from geico. My claims person said if the company files suit that they’ll get involved. Just trying to be proactive and understand as much as possible if/when that happens.

I’ve been nicely telling them that. Reason I need a lawyer. Lawyers job is to tell them to pound sand and other choice words. And no injuries at all, only property damage.

How was it? Did it happen already? I’m curious to do one since I’m due for a tag in the next few years.
