    WTB Left Handed Bow

I have a friend that is looking to get into archery hunting. I'm trying to help him find a left handed bow, 70lb limbs, 28.5 inch draw. Bare bow or all set up. Let me know! Thanks.

    Muzzy hunt is over

Congrats to you and your pops on getting it done. Wish I could have been there when you dropped the hammer on your bull.
  3. Saw a gold Chevy Silverado with a white sticker in back window in Lindsay Ranch (Lindsay and Ray). I moved into that neighborhood this past September.

CW sticker at Kaibab deer check station

Yup, that is my dad's truck and buck. He got up there Sunday afternoon and tagged that last 15 minutes of the hunt. His buddy got a small 4x4 too. Good looking out.

    Wac'em broadheads

Who uses Wac'em broadheads? I just want to hear the different opinions out there. I am open to trying the three or four blade and probably 100 gr. I am thinking 100 gr would suffice for archery bull. Do they fly pretty true to a field point? I've heard good things from a buddy that worked at a local archery shop. Thanks for the help.

    35B help please Black Friday...

I drove home yesterday around noon to 1PM after spending the weekend with my brother-in-law and friend in 35a near Parker Canyon Lake. It must have been the two of you I spotted driving the 83 past Sonoita. I was in a Grey 4Runner, unfortunately I have not tagged it with the CWT sticker yet.

    Garmin Rino Help and Recs

gregaz and W.O.T thanks for the input. I noticed that Garmin's website had some maps as well, more specifically Trailhead Series - Arizona National Scenic Trail. Obviously they cost money, but I wonder if those are any good. I will have to check out that gpsfiledepot when I get my unit.

    Garmin Rino Help and Recs

I am sure plenty of you have the Garmin Rino GPS radios and in the various models out there. Does anyone have any recommendations as to what model I should purchase. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    HHA Optimizer SIght

I shot a 5 pin Spot Hogg and when I got my new bow went with the Sure-Loc QC Max. I was hesitant with the entire adjustable sight but quickly learn how sweet it was. With the Archers Advantage program, you can quickly make a yardage sight tape, which makes sighting in cake. Adjusting the sight is simple and takes seconds. I set mine up with three pins and in its base position, those three are 20, 30, 40. My bottom pin is off colored so I always know which one to use at yardages past 40. I would definitely recommend an adjustable sight. I've never used HHA, but I'm sure the concept is the same...go for it. My only word of advice is to always re-set your sight to its base position after you are done shooting. That can be a costly mistake in the price of arrows or in the success of a hunt.

I can't even imagine what that bull would look like if he matures. Freak for sure.

    Who didn't draw?

And the scary thing to more people applying is it is only going to get worse in the future! Oh well, just have to play the cards that have been dealt. Good luck to everyone drawn this year.

    Who didn't draw?

This is extremely interesting to read. I'd be curious as to what units everyone is putting in for to see how it compares to the draw successes we see available in regs. I have a hunch those with 5-10 bonus points for elk are putting in for archery bull in units like 9, 10, 1, 27, or muzzle loader hunts. Of course, there are many out there unlucky like Willyhunts2...that may never draw regardless of the hunt applied for. I can say that only because he is my brother in law

    Tempe Town Lake...Urban or State

I am sure this question has been asked a ton already, but for clarification....do I need an urban or general license to fish Tempe Town Lake.
