    DutchmanAZ- I don’t live in the valley but I’d guess if you have to have an emissions check, it wouldn’t work. The only other way around that is if you have a second home somewhere else that doesn’t require you to do an emissions test and get it registered there. Maybe someone else can speak to that? 

    I know of a 2017 that has been deleted and it passes emissions just fine.😉
