The deal was, that we needed to go to Yuma for a class in order to have access to YPG. So we figured we get some scouting in too. About two weeks later they changed things to online. The other guys went that route.

I found a few places in stock, but doubt they are legit. I usually just pick up a couple boxes of 130 gr. Core lokt and fire form.

Guess I haven’t been around any of the ‘high use’ areas.   My crew and I have some places we like to go hide away in (usually down a two-track).  Seen a FS rep on occasion over the years, but never had a problem.  Seems they are usually just checking for fire rule adherence.  
 

Im not familiar with the motor vehicle use map.   Suppose I better check it out sometime.  😉

As far as being bad at glassing get a good tripod and the best binoculars you can afford.  That will help a ton.  Also a good spotter has saved me miles of walking just to find out they were does.

I had to bring my brother and his cat back to AZ. Left Minnesota at day light and day light the next day the cat was taking a steamer on the floor mat going through Camp Verde. We weren't so tight.
