Man I wish I had your luck, had bulls on camera every morning - mid day and then it rained opening afternoon and never saw a elk since between 3 of us my buddie passed a spike and a broke 5 point. May go back the last few days but man what a rough hunt it was.
Sounds like our outing. I came back for few days monday heading back up to finish out and scout for father in laws late rifle. Brother in law saw some really good bulls but just put the slip on us. Other buddy tagged out the day we both headed back. So far 1 for 3. Weather isn't getting any better. We will see tonite god willing

Brand new bought in April 2016 icon pro 1850 in Vias. Has both side pouches also. Bought for wife to replace her old 1850 and she ended up going with a stone glacier. This bag has literally been sitting in the closet since we bought. Hasnt seen outdoors.

ALOT has changed in the last three days. Bulls were moving and hitting water, looked very promising. Checked a lot of tanks and other water sources in last 5 days and more than 3/4 are dry. Gonna be a tough one.

Wish I had time to order a kifaru pack cause I have heard nothing but great things about their packs and now customer service.That's funny, I had a similar event with Aron. I emailed him and he emailed back his phone # and said call him. It was like 5:00 in the morning and when I called him, he said he was sitting on the side of a hill waiting for the sun to come up. Customer service is pretty top notch over there.

What a great story. Those stories and memories can never be taken. The best times i have had in the woods are with my kids and he is just now old enough to hunt. Sounds like a great time, a father with his daughter in the field doing what they love. What a blessing to be able to harvest an animal on top of that. Congrats to you and your daughter and family. What a great bull. She will always have that memory
