You probably need a pressure reducer on the water line.

Queen Creek / San Tan is notorious for extremely high water pressure.

Kinda like rv hookup,  they are set to reduce water pressures to 40 lbs psi.

If you don't use one, you'll definitely have major problems!

I had a home pex waterline come loose off connector in STV.  Needed full home remodel. Plumber said prob caused by high water pressure.  I bought gauge and tested it at 120psi!  my reducer wasn’t working. I replaced it and set at 60 psi. High water pressure = no bueno.  I check water pressure every quarter now.

I had the same issue.  I just replaced all my black line with PVC.  No more problems and the replacement was really easy!
