If you have a 39 tag this year, you will need some waders to deer hunt.

****edit: Apparently a canal broke in Gila Bend and that is why the town flooded so bad. The monsoon is the reason the canal broke.

The 4.8" of rainfall over the weekend in GBN didn't help.

I was up elk scouting first of last week near Woods Canyon lake- it's a swamp up there- the skeeters are going to be murder.

Desert Hills got hammered with 1/2” hail and heavy rains. Guess I get to look at my flat roof pickup in the am.

We were spared last night in our hamlet, but strong winds over 80mph, 33000 lighting flashes in the valley.

I had 3.5" of rain in my gauge this AM likely the magic area in the storm. It poured for 2 hours straight pretty much from 1-3 AM. Southwest of Tucson.

It was already a jungle.
