36A hunts

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have a 36A hunt? Look me up if you come out to Scout the area. I'm living on the Marley Ranch and don't have a tag. So maybe I can point you in the right direction. Not a guide and not looking for compensation. just want to be involved.

My daughter and niece got drawn for 36A for the youth hunt. I’ve never been but I have hunted B and C quite a bit over the years.

Look into the AZSCI youth camp. Good place to camp and they also have folks that can help with areas to hunt.

My wife has the Coues tag and my brother a Muley tag. I'm just up the road from you in Sahuarita so I get to hit the unit often!

I had an exciting run in with some of the ranchers from the Marley a while back while hunting with my horse... I was being questioned of rustling cattle 😲

I would love to have a 36a muley tag some day

But you don’t even like hunting. 😂

OTC archery mule deer in 36a used to be a lot of fun…

Meant to say, I like the idea of a 36a muley tag

Copy that. All I'm saying is that in the rut it can be ok, used to be way better, but rifle hunting can be extremely difficult for anything with any age. Mule deer numbers are way down in the unit...

I have hunted coues in there twice on a leftover tag and both times saw some great Muleys.  There was one area that had a bunch of good Mule deer in it with a few straggler coues as well.

There’s a lot more there than 37b
