codywyoming Report post Posted August 17, 2022 Hi Guys. Finally drew a deer tag for Az. somehow the elk Gods have given me 4 tags but never a deer tag. I know this area is mainly a Mule deer area but having never shot one of those little suckers would be very tempting...just wondering what if any opportunities might exist or should I really just focus my efforts on Mule deer? Heat Report post Posted August 17, 2022 I don't really think there are many Coues with the exception of a very small area where you might encounter them. I've only heard of one whitetail being killed on that hunt but I'm sure there are others. I would concentrate on mule deer if it was my tag. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
