Thought this was one of trphys old posts kicked up.  I still wanna do this and put it one vanilla ice cream.

Never done the prickly pear.  But I do have a plum tree that is loaded with plums.  First time in my life that I have ever seen a plum on it.  Going to make some plum jam.

It also makes a nice touch to a whiskey sour or old fashion.
