STOMP442 Report post Posted September 13, 2022 Form 5300.38. Since you are renting you will need to provide a copy of the rental agreement as well as property owners information. Takes about a month to hear back from ATF and everything was done over the phone/email. I just got my license moved over to my new shop a couple weeks ago.
