I have 4 manfrotto 128rc heads. I have cut the handles on all the heads to make them more compact. All heads will come with a plate and function great. 
1. Head 1 has short angled handle $50 shipped

2. Head 2 has short strait handle $50 shipped

3. Head 3 has short angled handle and a vortex window mount on it and is sold together. $80 shipped

4. Head has no foam left on the short angled handle. Included is the vortex summit tripod this is a very short compact tripod for glassing sitting. $100 shipped
