Rossi 22

wondering if anyone could help. I have an old Rossi pump action 22 that was givven to me. it is very rusty and dirty and I am trying to remove the wood forearm on the pump to clean it it is looking like I have to take the tube off to do so. it is welded to the barrel. has anyone ever messed with one of these things before? any help would be appreciated

I don't know if this is the right model, but this one looks like the barrel screws in.

If you are not sure ask a gunsmith, they might tell you how to do it.
