AZ8 Report post Posted January 12, 2013 The Winslow hunt is tough. With the salt cedars(tamaricks) so thick, it's a heck of a time finding them. You have to know where they cross the river back and forth from the private fields back to their beds to have a chance. If you've never walked through tamarisks, it's a new adventure! 6ANut Report post Posted January 12, 2013 Hope your exactly right winslow hunt is a tuff hunt. went during the rut and it was a blast just so thick and no elevation. Get up in the trees and boom boom. Meat isn't that great cause what they eat but got a decent 6x6 two years ago. If I don't get drawn this year I will be up their pm me if interested.
